Rocky Mountain College's athletic philosophy statement

The athletic program is an integral part of the total learning experience at Rocky Mountain College. A commitment to competing at the highest level in the conference, region and NAIA helps to create a positive environment in A football player runs straight towards the camera.  which student-athletes are expected to excel in the classroom and within their respective teams. Coaches focus their attention on mentoring student-athletes by committing themselves to their profession and challenging the student-athletes to develop into leaders that will help positively impact our society.

Participating Sports

As a member of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) and the Frontier Conference, Rocky Mountain College is the home to 12 varsity sports and three junior varsity sports. Men's sports at Rocky include; varsity basketball, junior varsity basketball, cross-country, football, golf and *ski racing. The women participate in varsity basketball, junior varsity basketball, cheerleading, cross-country, golf, *ski racing, soccer, varsity volleyball and junior varsity volleyball.

*Ski racing at Rocky Mountain College is affiliated with the United States Collegiate Ski Association (USCSA)
